Insurance

Our office is devoted to assisting you to maximize your insurance benefits. Insurance policies deviate, we can merely estimate your insurance coverage in good faith however, cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your calculated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will charge insurance companies for services and allow for them 45 days to deliver payment.
