Insurance
Dental insurance is an excellent benefit for you and your family.
We accept and bill most insurance companies. We also contract with ODS (Delta Dental), Blue Cross/Blue Shield & Advantage Dental and are preferred providers for these insurance companies.
At Oregon Family Dental we will provide you written pre-treatment estimate detailing the recommended treatment, treatment fees, estimated insurance payment and your estimated co-payment (due at the time of service). We will bill your insurance company directly for services provided, as a courtesy to our patients. We do our best to know your individual insurance and benefits however, insurance policies vary and change often without notice to our office. For this reason, we can
only estimate your coverage in good faith and cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts.
