Dental insurance is a wonderful benefit for you and/or your family.
We accept & bill most insurance companies. We are also contracted and preferred providers with ODS (Delta Dental), Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Oregon & Pacific Source. Please note that we are not contracted with Oregon Health Plan.
At Oregon Family Dental we will provide you with a written pre-treatment estimate detailing the recommended treatment, treatment fees, estimated insurance payment and your estimated co-payment (due at the time of service). As a courtesy to our patients, we will bill your insurance company for services provided. We do our best to know your individual insurance and benefits; however, insurance policies vary and often change without notice to our office. Because of this we can only estimate your coverage in good faith and cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts.
