First Visit

We kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to your first visit. This will allow you sufficient time to complete all insurance and health information forms.

Your initial exam will last approximately 1 hour.  At this visit we will use x-rays as well as a visual exam to diagnose any current dental problems. If you've had x-rays taken in the last year, please let a member of our scheduling staff know so we that can request those records from your previous dentist.  We will also provide you with a proposed treatment plan showing Dr. Park's recommended treatment as well as the fee's associated with your treatment.  In most cases, we will also clean your teeth on this first visit.
